The staff is very friendly and professional always trying to accommodate. Our room with nice and quiet and the restaurant is very good, we had dinner twice. The WIFI should be free in that hotel category. We live in Miami but we will come back as soon as possible.. More

This hotel in the Boscolo chain was designed by Adam Tihany and is themed on Dante's writings...the themed foyer, lobby, bar, restaurant, pool, spa and rooms...down to the soaps and supplies give testament to an all inclusive them for your stay. The best advice I have is go to the website, see the pics, and then plan your journey. Nestled... More

Nice rooms, impeccable service and cool design There´s every service you can imagine avaliable, at a cost of course. No free WiFi and breakfast is not included. However the spa is free of charge and you can wrap yourself in the thick white robes and relax for hours if you desire. More

10mn walking from the Spanish Steps, the hotel is very well located and offers decent features. The hotel lacks natural light however the service is excellent and offers overall high standards. The rooms are big and comfortable. Great breakfast, however room service is overpriced: I was charged 26€ for a simple tomato & mozzarella salad... More

The entrance and the lobby are very nice but the floors are not the same standard and the rooms are in need of refurbishing (even though you can see they were once very modern). The service is good by South-European standards (my only complaint is that if you need an iron you need to come down to reception to sign... More

My experience with the hotel I would say is just okay as first the hotel was booked by the office of my husband and they shouldered all the expenses during our stay in Rome but in case we are the ones paying for the accommodation then i guess we will have some issues with this hotel. first, there were no... I stayed here last Feb 22 to 26,2012 during a sales conference meeting and as it is fully paid by my company i could not argue more as the money is not coming from my pocket, but i heard that they are paying a handsome amount of money and i am just wondering how come that they don't have free... We paid an upgrade for our 5* room to superior standard. What a waste of money. The room was so small you could just about walk around the bed and it felt claustrophobic. The large window was overlooked by rooms only a few meters away with one heavy blind. It meant we had to chose between privacy or sunlight. The... More

The hotel is tucked away up a side street directly off Via Veneto. Staff friendly & efficient and are dressed a bit like space cadets, in line with the chic modern feel of this hotel. Airline misplaced my suitcase, hotel took over enquiries and it was delivered to my room the following day. The spa pool in the basement is... More
