The only pro I can think of is the free parking. Lots of cons: no room service available after 10 a.m., awful breakfast in a claustrophobic and hot "roof garden", no air condition till June, small and noisy rooms, dusty unpleasant furniture, dirty bathroom... I found this to be a very clean hotel, excellent maid service.
