• The booking was for a double bed and we were assigned a room with five beds • When the receptionist changed us to another bedroom, it was in the same conditions but with four single beds • I told the receptionist that the room had nothing to do with what was advised by Hotel Reservation staff at the airport... We made a mistake by booking this hotel through booking.com without reading the coments on the Tripadvisor first. Do not make the same mistake.Do not trust the description in booking.com. What's even worse is that the money you lay out through booking.com in non refundable (!) even if the hotel appears to be a ruined or burned down hole in... More

This hotel is just SO hard to explain...so I'll just tell you a little 'bout it. Some people say cold showers are refreshing, at this hotel, that will be your only option. If you love the sound of car-washes, you'll enjoy said sound every time any room touching yours flushes the toilet. Our room had the added feature of in-room... More

DO NOT VISIT HOTEL ACROPOLI. My sister went there with her school and the room cleaners stole her money and went through her personal belongings, looking for more to steal. Absolutely pathetic. More

Room -small.. 2 beds pushed together..sheets /pillows nice and clean.and comfortable..only one electrical socket so either fan, phone or camera on at a time...toilet/ bidet / washhand basin and shower... I recently stayed in this hotel with 3 other friends for 10 nights (20th-30th July). We're all in our early 20s and found the hotel to be suitable to our needs, but definitely wouldn't recommend it if you are looking to book with a family or more than 2-3 nights. I'll break down this review for easier reading. It is... More

My 10 yr old daughter and I stayed here for one night. It was located just two block from the train station which was very convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready when we go there, but it wasn't long before they gave us our key. Our room faced the street which... More

Me and my partner just arrived back yesterday from a four night stay in this hotel. When we first arrived in Rome, we were very happy to find that there was a coach service which took us straight from Ciampino airport to Termini station. The coach company was called Terravision and only charged us 4 Euros per person for the... More

This is our worst hotel during our whole trip and the most expensive. You can do much, much better for your money, even in Rome. Try a hotel near the Republica. It's still within walking distance to the termini or 1 metro stop away and offers much better neighborhood, service and room. DO NOT come here. More
