We stayed at this hotel beginning of August 2011 for three nights. We walked from the train station to the hotel....not even 10 minutes. The first impression was not a good one, the entrance was dirty, no elevator to the reception on second floor but we were happy to find a very clean room. They monitor entrance to rooms with... More

I could not believe that you have to pay extra for a/c in July. If the hotel has an a/c then it should be included in the price. What's next, charging for towels, soap, shampoo??? I have never been to a hotel who has an additional charge for a/c in the heat of the summer!! Do they have an additional... More

This was the worst hotel of our entire trip in Europe. The receptionist was rude and abrupt on our arrival, and neither of us felt comfortable asking for help or advice about local sights during our stay. Air conditioning was an additional charge, and finding out the lift didn't go to our floor (we had to get out at the... More

FIsrt the location is awfull, ok it is near Roma Termini railway and subway station but the area is very ugly and feel unsafe... The hotel lobby is on a second floor, the elevator doesnt stop on the first floor, the hotel rooms are in the floors 3 and 5, the building is shared by 3 hotel and 1 hostal...... More

Arrived to find out you have to climb up to another floor to check in. Tough with luggage. The lift only accomodates two people without luggage. It was very hard to get the lift to your floor to use and we often used the stairs. Lights were out in different parts of the hotel at different times. Our first room... More

This hotel might be budget friendly, but if u can't stand the heat at night in the month of July then don't stay here! I cannot believe this did not have air conditioning. Only two fans. It was very hot n made my stay in Rome suck. Was in a terrible mood. Liked the sight seeing but would had made... More

This is not a fancy place by any means but it does the trick. The best way to explain it is that it's like staying at a B&B. It's small but has an elevator. The rooms are an adequate size and the bathroom was bigger than expected. You have to pay if you want air conditioning. They offer free wireless... More

Absolutley brilliant stay the staff were great, a clean well appointed Hotel in the centre of Rome. I had a wonderfull stay breakfast, room, bed, TV and overall experience were fantastic. I based my stay on previous Tripadvisor reccomendations and the good ones were spot on, except you now get ham and salami with breakfast in the morning. Very satisfied More

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Milo Hotel, and would go back. The hotel is very close to the Termini, an is easy to find. It is located on 3 or 4 floors of a 6 storey building shared with 2 other hotels, but don't let that put you off as it is secure and... More
