perfect location, really nice room, clean. If you are in rome and are a tourist you will only be in the room to sleep and for this its perfect. Martina is super friendly and gives great advice for restaurants and places to go. If in Rome again, i would stay there again.

We stayed at B&Bs throughout Italy for 2 weeks. This was our least favorite. The facilities are very TIRED. The bathroom was a mess, chipping paint and bulging wood. The shower drain didn't go down. Our son convinced us to stay at the Martina House for our first trip to Rome. Very happy we listened to his suggestion. Feels like your home away from home. Martina lends a personal touch with the breakfast she serves. Room is very spacious. Place is conveniently located.

Its a B&B. Good price for a location where hotels are charging $400+/room. Its great if all you're looking for is a place to sleep and get out in the morning.
