Me and my wife had an amazing short break in Rome this week. Serena hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Rome, close to Termini Station, overall our stay there was quite pleasant, staff was nice and the hotel very clean and simply, but efficiently furnished. There was a detail as we did the check out which I was... More

Hotel Serena is indeed close to Rome termini. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be near the train station for our onward trip to Florence. While the hotel was clean and the bathroom was of good size, the triple room was indeed small. But since we stayed in it only to sleep, we didn't make too much of... More

Stayed three nights in a triple room. Small but clean with nice amenities. Spacious, very nice bathroom. Second floor breakfast room offered the usual assortment of pastries, juices and cereals plus an automatic espresso machine. We only ate in the immediate vicinity once at Il Secchio (not a memorable experience) but there are a number of restaurants close by. Two... More

We stayed here in March for three nights. The rooms were very clean. Small, but that's expected. Marco at the front desk is the best! He recommended several good restaurants in the area and was very friendly and entertaining. There was a good selection for breakfast. This hotel is very close to the Termini train station and metro and it... More

Like others said the room was very small, but we weren't needing more room since we didn't plan to be in the hotel much. I was afraid first sitting on the bed that I would find it hard, but it was very comfortable. Very clean room. Loved the service from everyone from the maid to the concierge. They were always... This is without a doubt the smallest room I have ever stayed in, that said, I still consider our time here well spent. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was descent and I got a kick out of the old fashioned elevator, I haven't seen one of those since I was a little girl.... More

Very convenient location, close to all means of transport, nice restaurants & also tourist attractions (Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Via Veneto, Opera house etc). Adequate breakfast. Small triple room but immaculate clean and recently renovated. Ask for a room looking to the inner yard, if you are a light sleeper....(pretty much noise of the tram passing beside the hotel ) More

A perfect little find after a terrible ordeal with another hotel across the road. The Serena is perfectly located with an excellent standard of accommodation at a very reasonable rate. The staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Ra'ed is a gentleman and a scholar!! The breakfast served in the morning suits all tastes and was well... More

Hotel Serena is clean, friendly hotel, just two blocks from Stazione Termini. Termini surroundings have developed huge amount since, let´s say five years ago. There has been done new traffic arrangements and it´s nowadays clean in many ways. Hotel Serena has one of the best so called continental breakfast if thinking these kind of reasonable price hotels. This time price... More

Perfect travel spot. Clean, amazing and friendly staff. Typical European room size but spotless. The location is close to the Metro, the train, restaurants and shopping. Across the street is a restaurant that for about 10 Euros offer a wonderful menu and very good service. The elevator is a treat! More
