This place has it all! It's near to everything, approx. 15 min. walk to the Vatican and 10 min. walk to Piazza Navona. Good clean rooms and bathrooms. You have your own toilet and bath. Top spot! Walk to everything from here so for location it's fantastic. Like every other review it's a great place to stay. The only critism is it can be noisy with the traffic.
