I've been to Rome with a friend for a week. I had almost never stayed in a B&B and this stay will certainly make me consider this type of accommodation in the future. The owner does really everything in his hands so that you have a very good stay. The location is perfect, as you can go around almost everywhere... More

My friend and I spent 4 nights there in May 2010. The location was central enough. Easy to get to from Termini on Bus 64. Giuseppe was friendly and eager to help. My friend didn't seem to mind that much but I hated our bathroom. It was a small makeshift one. It smelled bad, let me just put it that... More

I almost don't want to write a review of this B&B so we can keep it to ourselves. It is in a great location - central Rome, walking distance to Vatican City and Novana square, very clean and roomy even with 4 kids in tow. There are three bedrooms, two baths and a kitchen are available in one apartment. The... More

We finlly settled for 'surprising in rome'. it really was surprising to meet the friendly owner who came down at 07 am to show us the way to his 04rth floor flat. The room was comfortable... More

Joseph was an excellent host, provided us with a beer when we arrived and gave us a map and showed us all the best routes to get to the tourist spots. All the places that he recommended to eat were excellent. The room itself was very nice lots of charm, well furnished. Bathroom down the hall, nice and clean. Breakfast... More

This location was amazing and the price was great considering everything else in the area was so much more expensive. Guisppe was the owner and very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a communication barrier, but it was alright. If you are going to the airport from Rome, ask him to call you a taxi. He will call... More

Pros: Great Location (hard to beat this location in Rome). 10 min walk from Vatican; 15min walk to the places like the Trevi Fountain & Pantheon. Giuseppe (the host) is very very helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is what you would expect from a European B&B (its not a hotel!) & it is more then adequate. Cons: Street... More

A very nice B&B; comfortable bedding; very clean room. The owner is very nice and justifiably prides himself in making an excellent breakfast. I would go back just for the breakfast....he is a chef!!!! The room can be a bit noisy from traffic on the street below. The bathroom is very upscale. This B&B is within walking distance of many...
