This hotel was very far from anything other than industrial factories and strange slot machine casinos. We booked this hotel for just 40euros a night so we weren’t too fussed. It was well air-conditioned, which is a bonus when combating the Roman heat. It took one metro line and a bus to get there from Roma Termini, both only costing... More

Ok, I know this is old news, but my wife and I stayed here about five years ago on our honeymoon for a few days. The hotel is very beautiful overall, and had an upscale feel to it. Other than checking in, I didn't have to deal with the staff. So, in my opinion, the staff were decent. The breakfast... More

there is only one positive to this hotel - the rooms are generous and generally well kept. reception were an absolute joke- rude and obnoxious with what seems like a low level of training and general competence. We arrived for our stay and were checked in, but given a room in which the air conditioning unit was broken. My cousin... More

Before we going we did read about the reviews because we opted for the secret room on lastminute.com and it came out with this hotel. Anyway what I want to tell here is do not try this hotel unless you don't mind staying in a middle of nowhere, and to be served by rude and miserable front counter staffs (except one... More

Only book if you have hired a car. Hotel is a 25 Euro taxi ride fron Colosseum and +50 Euro from FCO airport. Prenestina is not a very nice area at all. Buses are regular (508 to Ponte Mammalmo) and a 20 min Metro ride into center of Rome. Remember Rome is Filthy and full off hawkers trying to sell... More

I stayed here with my wife to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is smart and functional but lacks any soul. Its definitely a business hotel and is situated miles from the centre of Rome. You'll need a car to stay here. Breakfast was average. More

It is as easy as this. If you have a (rental) car and don´t mind the time driving into the city, stay there. If you are "on foot" don´t get tempted booking the nice price, stay in the city! The rooms are nice but also be aware of staying on the top floor. We stayed in room 608 and had... More

we booked this through a comparison site on the internet and didn't know where we were staying until we paid, we paid just £80 for 2 nights for the both of us. We read the reviews about the location before we left so we knew it was far out, we just did our homework before we left so we knew... More

Think again if you are thinking of booking this hotel. It is a good 20km out of town and requires a walk, a bus and a metro to get to the Termini! An hour at least if all transport is on time. Our room was filthy, dark and spartan. The staff did their best to ignore you and spoke among... More
