“No air conditioning for two days of a four day stay.”

Very hot and sweaty for two days. Manager refused to let us open the windows. After two days, after much urging, the manager called an air conditioning service company. This hotel is a small hostel with around 8 rooms. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is very helpfull, and the location can't be beat, around the corner from Piazza Spagna! Very nicely priced, at a great location. Would stay there again anytime, I highly recomend it.
