We had a lovely stay in Rome. I would recommend the hotel - 100%. Nice rooms, it has been recently renovated. Ancient Rome atmosphere. Breakfast - typical Italian/European - some sweets, fruits, flakes & milk. Do not expect hot breakfast. However, each morning we were hosted by a very charming lady (who could be my granny :), who spoke Italian... More

With themixed reviews on this hotel we had some concerns but decided to book it. On arrival we met Lucia who checked us in and confirmed that we had prepaid the bill so there would be no confusion on check out.We were early but she went to see if our room was ready and as it was we were able... The room was very clean and well kept. The location of the hotel is very central few minutes walk away from colosseum and cavour metro. In the street there are all kinds of shops, crossing the road there is even an internet cafe. The staff; Lucia and Antonio are very helpful and friendly. Antonio marked us all the routes to... More

We did a big research for our trip to rome. The location is good 3 blocks from coliseum and 2 blocks from cavour metro line. You can go walking 45 minutes to vaticano, plaza venice and restaurants near hotel have good price value. We went to several Bed and Breakfasts hotels in firenze, prague and this was the worst hotel... More

I was so fortunate to find this hotel during our travels in Rome. Looking for a hotel in Rome can be a bit overwhelming, however this hotel really feel like old Rome at a very reasonable price. Staff is incredibly friendly as its run by a family from Rome. The hotel is owned by an older lady (known to Romans... More

I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone. This 'hotel' was positively the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, the people who ran it are insanely rude, even going so far as to say that we sabotaged our own bathroom. There were no locks on the room, hardly anything worked, and the 'included breakfast' was at best terrible. My fiancee... More

Close to the subway and 10 minutes from Colosseum. Around the corner rental for scooters. Excellent way to enjoy Rome. More

It is not a hotel, just a room in a big apartment block. It was dirty and small and the inclusive "hot breakfast" consisted of stale croissants and coffee made from a vending machine (couldnt believe it in Italy!) in the caffe opposite. The manager Lucia was extremely rude and unhelpful and virtually threw the loo roll at me when... More

we read the bad reviews, feared the worst and were proved wrong.yeah, room was basic, dbl bed, wardrobe but big bathroom/shower.at the end of the day,you only sleep there,if you want to waste sightseeing time by lounging around in the room then go somewhere else.this hotel is in walkable distance from the Colisseum,Forum,Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.on arrival, the owner sat us down, gave us...
