I travel quiet a bit & can definitely say this is the nicest place I've ever stayed. The hotel itself is an old Roman building with the domed ceiling. The staff are the friendliest & most helpful people. We got caught in the rain one day & the cleaning lady insisted on washing & drying & ironing our clothes for... More

I booked through Expedia and left the same review on their site. I loved the experience so much, I wanted to make sure those searching Trip Advisor also saw it! We stayed four days in April 2012 and hated to leave. The only thing more inviting than the lovingly and beautifully designed hotel was the superb staff; Quick with a... More

This hotel is stylish and is placed away from the street. The walls are not the thickets and the rooms are not the largest. However this is an experience in terms of style. In fron there is a mansion which is under refurbishment - but no nosie or dust from the work. This will become restaurant and spa in a... More

I stayed at, in fact am writing from, Villa Laetitia and have to say we are extremely disappointed. The only person on staff we've met is Miguel, who is very very nice and helpful, but it's as if whoever owns this place woken up one day and said, "I think i'll run a hotel today." The property is under construction,... More

We stayed in a "Senior Suite" - "Atelier Room" - which would be better in nice weather than in the winter. The room, with small kitchenette, was too small and had no comfortable seating. If you stay in this room during warm weather, you have a lovely private, outside terrace which is larger than the room. The kitchenette was well... More

We had no difficulties finding the "hotel" as other have pointed out, but don't look for neon lights or anything flashy. The area is quiet but close to the center, and full of restaurants, bars and gelatterias. We stayed at the Star Room and loved it. It was just what we needed. The rooms are carefully furnished and decorated. The... More

We were fortuate to have visited Rome twice this summer. We stayed at this hotel in September. We arrived at night and had a great deal of difficulty getting in through the unmarked gates. Staff was helpful. The rooms are decorated and furnished with designer furniture and fashions which are fine to photograph but totally non functional. They are overcrowded. Both... More

After reading glowing remarks about Villa Laetitia, imagine our disappointment in finding the Villa neglected. The front entrance was weed infested and the front entrance was broken apart with pieces of glass lying on the ground. After beeing buzzed in, we had to drag our luggage thru gravel to their reception area. We were given our key to the Garden... More

Why stay in a hotel in the busy city centre when you can experience living in a leafy green suburb of Rome in such an amazing property - gardens, roof top terrace a beautiful 1900's mansion? We stayed at Villa Laetita for 8 nights in May in the Loden room and I could not have imagined a better place to... More

I stayed at Villa Laetitia with friends in May and it was superb. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were brilliant. It was great to have the fridge and the small kitchen facilities. We found a supermarket in the basement of Coin department store on Via Cola di Rienzo, 4 streets south of Lepanto metro station.There... More
