My husband and I stayed at Baldassini B&B for four nights. We found the room to be quite comfortable. The breakfast we had each morning was delicious. Francesco and Isabella were very helpful hosts. The location is amazing. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! More

Obviously, B&B in Italy means something different from what it means in, e.g., the UK or the Netherlands. There it means "staying with the locals in their homes". I recently stayed in 3 B&Bs in Italy, and two of them were what we would call in Germany "breakfast pension", i.e. a small pension with a number of rooms (ranging from... More

Dear Andrea S, thank you for taking time to write a comment on the Baldassini B&B. I am glad to know you liked the "unbeatable location" of the B&B, only two minutes from the Pantheon and piazza Navona and at a walking distance from all other attractions, and the plentiful breakfast served by Ruby, the kind lady that helps me.... We stayed here for a week, at the Pantheon location, and chose it from the reviews here--which are spot-on. The location is spectacular, and we too, walked everywhere. It's clean, basic and comfortable. You get a key to the front door, and it's really fun to come back to your own little flat in Rome at the end of the... More

Please be aware there are two places that carry the name Baldassini in Rome, one in Trastevere and one very close to the Pantheon. We stayed three nights in the Pantheon B and B,the location was excellently situated within walking distance of all the major sites and we even walked to the Church of S Paolo Entro le Mura in Via... You can't find a better place then this B&B if you are visiting Rome. Although we had Roma pass, we literally walked to ALL the places from our B&B. We had the red room spotlessly clean, which had high ceilings and a great comfortable queen size bed with the street view. Francesco is a very helpful person. Ruby made us... More

You can’t find a better situated B&B; located just minutes from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The B&B takes up the second floor of the building, our particular room had a window facing the main street. The bed was comfortable and an actual double/queen, not two twins pushed together or too hard which most European beds tend to be and... More

Stayed in the other Baldassini in Travestere with my daughter. I had asked for a quiet room and got exactly that - spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Francesco and his lovely family were completely helpful and available at all times. The area is lovely - not very touristy but very... More

Location, location, location. This B&B was 2 minutes from the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. We walked to ALL of the sites we wanted to see including the vatican city, coliseum, spanish steps, tastevere etc. The "yellow room" that we stayed in was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including AC, an intimate table for breakfast,... We really enjoyed our stay ay Baldassini in Ancient Rome. We spent two weeks in Europe, starting and ending our trip in Rome. This was our first hotel, and we stayed 3 nights. The best thing about this hotel is location! It can't be beat. We walked to everything. (Wear comfortable shoes!). Our longest walk was probably to the Vatican.... More

Rome was our first stop for three days before departing on our Holy Land cruise with the Pacific Princess. Arriving at the Airport we were greeted by a limousine which Francesco had organised for us. Taking us to Trastevere B&B where we were welcomed by Isabella .Our room was awesome with a balcony over looking the streets full of busy... More
