I stayed one night at the Hotel Panorama in March 2013. The rate was inexpensive and the room comfortable. The hotel is located right in the centre of Bologna, but I hardly noticed as there was no noise. My room had a window facing south, offering a decent view of the hills. I found there was a bit of dust... More

We stayed for 2 nights in early May 2013. Amazing location allows us to walk to everything in the city. Cheap price; paid 75 euros a night for two people with our private bathroom. Host is Lisa; she's great. Breakfast is self-serve; nothing fancy but more than adequate. Fresh fruit and coffee machine are available all day for self-serve which... More

We stayed in one of the rooms with a bathroom for 70 Euros per night. The room was charming and clean, and breakfast (fruit, coffee from a machine, yoghurt etc was included in the price). The staff were mostly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located close to the city centre and is on the main airport bus route. The... More

Stayed two nights in a room with shared bathroom which cost 55 Euro per night. The room was large and comfortable with a sink, it also had French doors with a nice outlook over red roofs towards the old town. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean. This is a cosy and welcoming small family run pension. As it is run by... More

Panorama has but one star, and the only reason must be that there are no private bathrooms. For nine rooms however there are three bathrooms at the rear of the corridor, one of them very spacious, looking brand-new, and all extremely clean (as are the rooms, which due to this lack of bathrooms are bigger than average). It charges more... More

Great location, comfortable/clean/charming rooms, kind/helpful ladies at the reception desk, nice breakfast - all in all a really great spot! The only reason I didn't give this hotel five stars is how thin the walls are... The first two nights we were there no one else was really staying at the hotel so it was fine. The last night of... No frills. This place is super clean, very well priced, and right in the middle of everything. If you are lucky, you will get a room with a mind-blowing view of the old town. If not, you will get an entertaining view of the newer part of the city, but they will let you take photos of the cool view.... More

Will definitely book here if ever I am to visit bologna again. It is located in the middle of the center so you have walking distance to all places of interest in Bologna. Affordable room rates in a very expensive city. Also we were given a very warm and genuine service by Lisa and her mum. Matthew Malta

I spent three nights at Hotel Panorama and chose it because of its location and price. It did not disappoint in those regards and proved to be even better than i anticipated. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station and was easy to find. It is on the 4th floor of a residential/office building, which... More
