university hotel offers well equipped clean rooms, a very good location, friendly and helpful staff for a reasonable price. the only problem for me that they provide the weakest breakfast i ever see in italy. even the capuccino was tasteless. many two star hotels or b&b s serve much better breakfast.

the hotel's location was perfect, it was in the city centre just a few minutes away from all the attractions and nightlife. the room was always clean and very comfy. the staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

We've stayed here for two days in summer. We booked a quadruple room. It was clean but small for all the luggage. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful. It is placed in the university area of the town. Well quality-prize relation.

This is a ok hotel in the party area of Bologna. Good price, friendly staff and ok breakfast. Good value for money. Not perfect for children, but we managed two extra beds in our room without big trouble

There are 70,000 students in Bologna. This hotel is in the middle of the university area. The students carouse in the streets until 4:00 when the weather is warm. The hotel does not have any internal rooms where you are safe. I have heard that the Accademia is just as bad.

Although this is an older hotel, I found the public spaces and guestrooms to be clean, well maintained, and a great value. The staff is uniformly knowledgeable, helpful, and cheery.
