We had a wonderful experience staying at Santo Stefano in Bologna. Despite some inclement weather, the accommodations made us all feel better. Giovanni is a kind and helpful host. The decor is lovely and the breakfasts were great. It is a very relaxed and warm atmosphere. Heartily recommended.

Delightful, well-run, reasonably priced, a perfect location near center-city, the university, and much else. And the hospitality can't be beat. Giovanni and his family make a great deal of effort to make this place pleasant and to accomodate your needs. I would recommend it most highly.
