Seemed a rather 'dodgy' area. Near Ferrari factory but not near the museum which is about 20 mins walk - not pleasant in 35 deg temperatures. Hotel v basic. Aircon not working, neither in my son's room. Desk staff just shrugged shoulders! Smelly bathroom (drains). Breakfast unacceptable.
