The staff and the managemnet is the best i have ever seen.
I´m Swedish and there were no different than being Swedish or Italian here.
Great rooms very cheep but nothing is taken away of tha standard, three courses inclouded (breakfast, lunch and dinner) if you ask for it to be included!

We stayed at this hotel in winter 2004/2005. The hotel and its management are dedicated only to the italians. The others are not honored as their guests. They served very terrible and poor breakfasts. The first who are served were italians, we were the last ones. I don't recommend this hotel anybody.
