The location is really not nice, the surroundings are not clean (especially the stairs to go to the seaside) and it is along a traffic road. The building itself is old and the rooms are pretty small. The restaurant has a nice and even trendy terrace, which elegance contrast with the lack of care of the rest of the hotel....
