This inn is a simple place at a reasonable price run by very nice people. The location is at the very top of the main drag, about a 10min steep uphill walk from the marina and heart of town. It's actually the topmost building on this road, go any further and you're on the high trail. It might be convenient... More

The quiet guest house. We had a room with a terrace. Internet was also available in the room and on the terrace. We are very pleased with the coffee maker in the room. You can diversify the breakfast, which the hosts leave for you in the refrigerator, by buying vegetables and fruits. Our GPS navigator in Riomaggiore has failed. It... More

spotless, good sized rooms, nice baths - not tiny, incredibly helpful and kind and english speaking staff, near the trails up into the mtns, next to the nat'l park office with info, perfect for car travelers as free adjacent parking. at top of hill so QUIET, but you have to finish eating in riomaggiore by 7:40pm as that's when the... My husband and I had only one night at l'arcobaleneo and we wished we had more! We drove into cinque terre (an event in itself coming from Australia and driving on the other side of the road and the car!) and chose this property because it provided parking. They are honest with you and tell you they don't have sea... More

My husband and I stayed in this quaint town this Sept. 16th and 17th. We were met by our lovely host Francesca and her darling daughter and pooch. Our room was clean and large with a door to the shared terrace where we ate our breakfast. There was yogurts, water, tea, coffee, crackers and sweets in our small fridge. Since... More

I chose L’Arcobaleno because it had a good parking facility. However, located at the top of the hill in Riomaggiore, it turned out to be a rather special place. It had a little balcony on which we took breakfast each day, a hot drink making machine and a refrigerator in which was placed food for breakfast each day. There was... More

We stayed at this accommodation for two nights. It is more like a guest house than a hotel but very comfortable and clean. The staff were very willing to help in any way they could and the facilities in the room were good, in fact the coffee machine was excellent!! We were lucky, we had a very large balcony with... More

Very friendly staff and attentive to your needs. We had a car and they're the first hotel at the top of the hill and provide covered parking. The room has an espresso machine and refrigerator that is restocked every morning with milk, juiced and yogurts and then many pastries to have for breakfast. The air-conditioning also worked very well. The... More

Good sized room with minifridge to place our own water as well as containing the plentiful breakfast provided for us. Air conditioning worked well. We appreciated being somewhere that took their attention to water usage seriously and actually didn't replace the towels every day if they were hung up. It was nice to be at the top of the hill... We had a car and we were worried that driving to the Cinque Terre was going to be a problem. But L'Arcobaleno has private garages, so it was perfect. The car was safely tucked up in the garage for the duration. The rooms were a good size and well stocked. All the breakfast items are in the room, coffee machine,... More
