I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Bergamo. It was nice to receive a cocktail voucher at arrival. Receptionist (in the afternoon) was professional and spoke fluent English (I travelled with an English speaking guest). Bergamo itself is lovely, the citti alta is so pretty with some amazing eating places. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the bed was to die for. Especially after a long day exploring the area. Definately worth a visit with its lovely churches and very friendly people. More
