We have stayed there for 2 weeks in August 2012.
The Italian modern apartment was very clean and comfortable wiith a nice romantic terrace where you can eat the breakfast. It was equipped with everything we needed, like microwave, dishwasher, air-conditioning, fridge etc..The staffs were really friendly and helpful. When we needed something, they did their best to help us....
