I think the main problem with this place is that it sells itself as a 4 star hotel which it really really isn't. The room itself was well proportioned - spacious for two people. The Lonely Planet promised lake views from every room so we booked a 145 Euro room from Treviso. We arrived and found No views and that the place was falling apart, no lights worked in the room. I agree with the previous two comments regarding the hotel. It's not 4*, 3 at best.
