Great little hotel, very warm welcome and loads of information. Well placed for boats and cable car, will certainly return. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Very good base from which to explore Stresa and the surrounding area.

It's definitely in an out of the way corner of Stresa but right beside the jetty where ferries regularly depart for Isola Bella. The best way to sum up this hotel is to say it is clean. It has no atmosphere and is purely a place to stay by the lake. Continental breakfast and 4 course dinner, the third of which is cheese. The reception staff are very helpful. will not be going back.

Walk into Stresa is 25 mins. Not all boats stop at the jetty near hotel which is actually not in Stresa but Carciano. Food excellent - fish, meat or omelette choice each evening and loads of strawbwrries for dessert. staff v. friendly. Nothing to complain about. Rooms comfy.
