Check in process was easy and quick, however we could not have our room till 2:30pm, after coming off a 24 hour international flight. Stayed for only one night. Upon arrival I found out that they don't seem to have parking available anymore so I had to use the private parking around the corner (24€ overnight). Great fashionable hotel. Nicely designed rooms and bathrooms. Healthy breakfast with a good choice of fruits and cheeses. Helpful staff. Located near Porta Garibaldi railway station (7 min walk) and not far from Piazza del Duomo (15min walk), La Scala etc. There's a spa area with sauna and hamam, but haven't been there.

The staffs are friendly but inexperience. Rooms are corky and somewhat charming but very small and impractical. Had a great weekend stay here. I received a fabulously friendly welcome with a free room upgrade! The hotel was very comfortable and quiet and I slept really really well. The location was very convenient. It is a little over designed but that is part of it's attraction to stay here.
