Great location. But musty rooms, antiquated plumbing, staff who didn't speak English, painfully slow check-in and check-out. This was advertised as a business hotel, charging a business price rather than a tourist or youth hostel price. It doesn't work that way. The only business-like element is the great location, in central Milan, near the Duomo.
