very nice hotel, clean comfortable quiet nice breakfast very polite curteous friendly staff. very helpful convienent to shops , trams and conference centre supermarket across the way useful other shops and eating places nearby, not too expensive would probably stay here again More

Hotel is fine and clean. Rooms small. Breakfast was yummy. Location ok there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby And supermarket opposite which was good. Not far from corso sempione where there are buses and trams to town which takes about 20min. Walk able to town but at least 30 min. Overall ok but location not ideal More

The hotel is in a good location. The tram line is walk-able. There is a supermarket just opposite - in case you are a fruit lover and would like to pickup food, drinks or fruits. The breakfast is good but could be better if attention is paid to each item that is served. The evening food was a let down... More

Hotel is of very high standard, rooms are great size and extremely well equipped. Staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast of very high quality with huge selection was great. Location good too and the free shuttle to the Metro when required helps. More

I woke up after my first night to find a colony of bugs in my bathroom. I wanted a refund for the rest of my stay and to relocate to another hotel. All the front desk would do is change my room.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! More

Ignore comments about the location- Its great! Most reasonably priced hotels in Milan are just outside the centre and this is no exception. Its easily accessible by train or tram, about a 15 minute tram ride from the centre and even better it has a direct tram to the Navigli area which is the best area for evening/night time drinking...
