ideallly located in the heart of Milano.... this old convent with interior garden is very charming but the rooms are noisy and the bathrooms are out of age the carpet on the floor is also smelly . in addition, no room service, poor guest management and wifi is NOT free. More

Very good location. The hotel was adapted in a big building full of offices. You can have a honest coffee and the few employees are helpful. Nternet is expensive. If you leave the hotel and turn right, walf for a few blocks you will be in the heart of Milan. There you can get a 3G card and get internet... More

This hotel located near Santa Maria del Grazie and the Last Supper was a big disappointment. They claimed to have an adapted room with bathroom. The room itself was spacious and accessible, but the bathrrom was not. There are fixed bars on both sides of the toilet which made it impossible to move from the wheelchair to the toilet. When... This hotel isn't the usual fare for Italy. It's somewhat reassuring to stay somewhere that is the antithesis of a chain hotel: no glitzy lobby, no coffee shop. Instead, tucked away is this large and austere building with refreshingly honest, helpful and straightforward reception staff: there's no hint of fawning insincerity. This hotel is a cross between meeting venue, offices... More

As many have pointed out, the location is great - very close to the centre of the city, making it ideal for business, sightseeing, and shopping. The staff are rude and unhelpful (I had to find out about everything including breakfast by actively seeking - i.e. keep asking); I have stayed in many hotels around the world including those in... I travel to Milan about once a month and have stayed in a few hotels around milan and have seen some very nice and very bad hotels. This falls on the better side of the middle and i do use it on a regular basis. It's location is perfect (Just a couple of minutes from the Cadorna Metro station so... More

We were booked into this 16th century palazzo by an Italian friend and for our purposes (a mix of business and sightseeing) the location was perfect and the hotel amenities suited us fine. Our room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, The room overlooked the grassy courtyard and was very quiet and peaceful,... More

I stayed at this place on a business trip. The hotel is decent and the premises is quite nice with a big courtyard in the center which many of the rooms look out on. However, the plumbing was bad in our room. The shower wouldn't drain so I could only be in there for 5 minutes before it overflowed into... More

My company was taking part in a trade fair which was happening at the same premises. This was the only reason to book rooms here and it was quiet convenient as it saved a lot of time for us. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the Cadorna station which made it easy to get around Milan in the... More
