This is a great Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless clean. The breakfast was just awesome! Good location - close to metro and train station. If I ever go back to Milan I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Berna, staff friendly and welcoming, great location close to central railway station and metro line, also walking distance to central Milan if feeling energetic. The room was attractive and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was huge! A dazzling display of every possible breakfast requirement. Would certainly recommend the Berna Hotel.

Would certainly stay at Hotel Berna next home in Milan. All staff were friendly and helpful. Massimiliano runs a great Bar and his two recommendations for dinner were both great. The hotel is in a convenient place close to Milan Central and a Metro station making it easy to get around.

Great hotel. Good location. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was very tasty and bounteous. Nice surprises in hotel. Next time in Milan this will be our first choice. Hotel where we felt that we were important.
