Hotel is good to sleep on a businesstrip. Reasonable breakfast, bad beds and the rooms on the frontside of the hotel have a lot of noise because of the tramway just in front of the hotel. More

Although this is a charming hotel in a nice neighborhood, the staff are not very customer service oriented. Both times we stayed here, we had early moring trains (the hotel is an easy walk or metro ride to the Cadornal station from which the Malpensa Express leaves for the airport) and we had to leave before the official breakfast hours.... Starting with the positives: a double room for €110/night is pretty good value for central Milan. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and of a decent size. Location is excellent and service helpful. This hotel was a big disappointment during my first visit 2 years ago but the friendly service and convenient location make up for the missing features.
