“clean but rude reception girl”

I have been there for several days it is clean and the stuffs are ready to help but there is a reception girl which so rude, every day she call to my room and ask for money. More

If you are on a budget then this hotel is "bearable" for maybe 1 or 2 nights but certainly not for any more. The location is maybe 15 minutes from the centre by tram and in a run down part of the city. The room was very small and claustrophobic and extremely cold - there is only one tiny radiator... More

The hotel put us in a double room with black mould growth over the ceiling,walls (and even on the lamps). The whole room smelt of damp, and when we complained we were given a can of air freshener! Due to the damp air we were forced to leave the windows open all night, but even then there were wheelie bins... More
