bathroom was crawling with tons of ants. tons of them all over the shower. no climate control - air conditioner doesnt work & heating unit is controlled in the lobby for the whole building. internet was good but you can only use your login for one device. morning staff was nice, but night staff was not friendly, welcoming, or informative.... It is a really clean hostel and it's not far from the Duomo. The hostel is just 10 minutes by tram to the center. The tram (streetcar) is in front of it and it runs from 6am to 2am so if you want to stay out until late, there is no problem! It's really quiet and it's perfect if you... More

Great staff! We had asked for a room with shared bathroom, but as they have a room with bathroom available they let us stay there without any additional cost. 15 min from the center by tram. I would stay there again for sure! More
