When we checked in, our room was completely dark...lights not working etc. A quick trip to the front desk had us moved and taken care of right away. Went to Milan on Business last week and I had a 7 am arrival to Malpensa. There is a great Sheraton at the airport, if you are just coming or going (see review elsewhere).
