The hotel is very old fashion type. Room was very old but well maintained. Room was spacious with comfortable bedding and both tub. Our room was facing to the small street church view It was very quiet. All staff are very helpful and friendly, for restaurant recommendations, and what to see in town. Hotel is very well situated. Stayed two nights in this hotel in the deep of summer 2012, visiting Cuneo for business: granted, one can do worse. As the Lovera Palace goes, one could do far worse too indeed. It is a charming, elegant, well-kept and -managed place located at the beautifully arcaded main street where, at night, the Italian fashion walks by as if it... More

We arrived at this hotel and we were warmly greeted at reception and were offered two spacious, clean and neat rooms for about €85 per room. Whilst the hotel is old it was well-maintained and had a positive atmosphere to it. The buffet breakfast was okay, but not overly appealing. The underground carpark, located behind the hotel had a very... More

If you want to stay in the old quarter of Cuneo, then you really don't have many choices unless you try the sterile tourist hotels on the main square. This hotel was OK for our needs and is old enough to add some historic Italian charm to our stay. It's my understanding that this was once considered a very grand... More

We stopped in Cuneo on our way to Alba and found it to be a very attractive city. We stayed in the Lovera Palace Hotel where the greeting was warm, the rooms clean and well appointed. We made use of the underground parking (extra charge) which was secure with direct hotel access. The staff and owner of this non-chain hotel... More

We had a very good room here and the bathroom was also very good except the bath was slippery which needs attention! The Hotel is situated right in the centre of town but try not to arrive on Market Day (Tuesday) as it makes it awkward driving to the hotel. There is a very tight turn into the steep incline... More

Stayed for just one night, but enjoyed it very much. A good old hotel feel to the place, good service and excellent food. Aperitif with local cheese and sausage. Attentive staff, clean and good size room. Nothing posh about the place, but everything you need is right there. Situated only a 100 metres away from the town square in Cuneo.

From arrival to departure, this hotel is one to be recommended. Nothing was too much trouble, the owners and staff were so attentive - particularly as we arrived without a reservation. Location is ideal in the centre of town, easy on-site parking, and the room and restaurant were first class. We shall be back.

I spend about 100 nights a year plus in hotels world wide. The staff and owners of this hotel went above and beyond to assist me with my stay. The food and wines where delicious and they orginized a truffle hunt for me the next afternoon. I would highly reccomond this hotel for anyone staying in the beautiful Piedmont region... More

Lovely hotel for a vist "en couple". Spacious and glamorous, it is quite romantic and was the best part of our visit to Cuneo. Clean room, the service was also decent but very "european". Probably won't be returning unfortunately because my girlfriend refuses to go back to the city. A great hotel by international standards nonetheless, and if ever I... More
