We booked through booking.com and for the second time running they called me afer making the booking to say the price was different than originally quoted (higher) although I had added the correct details at the time of booking. This is the second time this has happend to me with them so I'll be avoiding them in the future. Room:... More

Arranging a weekend trip to Turin we remembered by article in The Daily Telegraph by Antonio Carlucci in which he recommended this hotel. A real find. Central, traditional and recently refurbished. The highlight was without doubt the service with Giacomo being the star, nothing was too much trouble. More

I enjoyed this hotel very much,it offered value for money, good clean rooms and the staff were always very helpful.i was very pleasantly suprised.I had colleagues who also stayed and although some of the standard rooms had annoying issues such as TV not working or air con too hot,the staff dealt with everything and were as pleasant a bunch as i... I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Piemontese, the location in the heart of the beautiful San Salvario quarter was perfect to wander around, walk anywhere or take the old trams, alternatively it's a short taxi ride. The room was very nice and full of character, but most of all the staff was very helpful and very professional. More

Both my partner and I stayed here for a week,We booked a classic room, which on first glance was ok,but once we moved in thought it to be a little too small. We asked to change rooms as there was also a problem with a broken shower. The second room was more spacious ,although a little tired,EG;- torn wallpaper and stained... More

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this centrally located Torino hotel. We had only booked a standard room, however the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent, particularly the young lady who assisted us during our check-in. Internally the hotel is lovely, and appears to have not long been refurbished. This hotel offered a range of... More

The hotel is ideally situated near open air markets , within walking distance of the Porta Nuova RR Station, close to the Parco del Valentino and bus stops to the Palazzo Reale, Duomo San Giovanni Battista sindone, Mole Antonelliana, Palazzo Madama, Egyptian Museum, and on and on. We walked all the areas around the hotel and did not feel threatened... More

Hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the main railway station, if busing from the airport get dropped at the station. It is easiest to walk through the station and exit onto Nissi St. The hotel staff are most helpful answering all requests, and refreshments were made available to guests on arrival. Breakfast was continental but of a higher... More

We stayed at the Piemontese for an overnight stopover bookending a holiday to Tuscany by rail. Our main priorities in booking were the proximity of our hotel to the train station and somewhere we could get a good rest. In these respects the Piemontese can't be faulted. It is five minutes walk from Torino Porta Nova train station on a... More

We booked this Hotel on the basis that we were looking for a cost-effective place to stay on our short trip to Turin. However, I've found that the pictures on the expedia and best western websites are misleading and the problem with parking is not made clear (not even mentioned by expedia). There's no on-street parking reserved for hotel guests,... More
