Loved the location - only 20 minute walk to main sites but on the way we walked through back streets and canals, local piazza's and cafe's and saw the everyday life of Venice. The hosts are very welcoming, we had the best breakfast here during our 2 week stay in Italy including freshly brewed coffee and fresh croissants and pastries - it was served so nicely. Would suit mature couples or those wanting a quiet get-away. Very handy to the main vaporetta (water-buses) to access the islands and cafes and resturants. Great locality. More

This B&B is very conveniently located. That is, most of Venice is conveniently located, since all the sights are 20 minutes away from most places.
