“Great location, great views - dated decor”

At Hotel Danielli, we had a suite/balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. The view was terrific! The staff is very nice as expected at a luxury hotel. Our suite was a study in contrasts...literally! The interior small living room and bedroom are poorly lit and garrishly decorated in red velvet and dark wood (think pseudo Victorian steakhouse). The bathroom is great... More

“Fantastic.”

Old world venice charm at its best ...just like in the movie the tourist.. Best was the champagne breakfast on the rooftop with amazing views of the grand canal..thumbs up !!! “We prefer modern!!”

Nice hotel to look at, but we prefer a more modern hotel. The elevators are very small and the corridors are narrow and in the plenty of them orientation is not easy. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean but for us a little bit too kitschy. The prices are high, but that is typical fort Venice

“Wonderful Stay”

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Danieli last week. It is absolutely stunning. Our room was fabulous, with a great updated bathroom, plenty of space. In particular, they were very gracious about a misunderstanding about us having our children, and made great accommodation with rollaway. The lobby and overall architecture is truly breathtaking.
