Excellent hotel. We arrived by shared private water taxi, straight to hotel jetty. Although the all alluguana boat can be used, and follow the directions on the black bin at the stop!!! Breakfast was good and staff really helpful. As venice has little nightlife, hotel could have a more lively bar, but other than that, great!

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Room was very clean and decorated in Ventian style.Staff very friendly and helpful with maps,directions, and local places to eat. Great location being on the grand canel giving easy access to the local water buses or within easy reach by foot to the rialto bridge, St.Marks square and many local attractions. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed for three nights as the start of our honeymoon and the hotel was just lovely. We had a superior room with Gand Canal view and it truly was superior, the furnishings were delightful and was decorated in traditional Venetian style. We booked 2 family rooms for 8 people. We had a bit of a mix up and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. As always the rooms were stunning and they gave us free upgrades to overlook the grand canal. This is a fantastic place with a great location. You can't go wrong.
