Room 319 was our room, also. Had no complaints, except bathroom was so big you had to walk a long way to the toilet. Not really a complaint. Two showers, one for disabled. As other reviewers note, this location is outstanding. We are four adults who stayed in two rooms and took a private water taxi from the airport and the hotel was easily accessible directly on the Grand Canal. The service from the staff was mixed. The older concierge seemed to have an attitude and yet the other one was extremely helpful.... More

A very good experiance. Very classy decor and ambiance in all public areas of the hotel. High spec fixtures and fittings in good sized room using good quality materials and finished to a high standard. Superb location in the shopping district and very close to St Marks. recommended. More
