This hotel was exactly what I needed for a five day stay in Venice. It is about a 7-10 minute walk from the nearest water bus stop. By water bus, it's about a 15 min. ride to St. Mark's, and maybe 10 mins from the Santa Maria Train Station. You can walk to the Rialto Bridge in under 10 mins....

Hotel staff were very welcoming and pointed out Venice highlights on arrival. Large room. Clean. Beautiful courtyard setting for breakfast. Great breakfast selection. Downside was garden view room was a little noisy in morning and door curtains were not great at blocking out light. Only a small downside.

Loved this hotel. Centrally located, close to restaurants and canals. 10 min walk to Saint Mark Square and 20 min walk to train station. Super friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast could be better. We had a nice room in 3 floor. It was worth it compared to classic room in the first floor.. ( 250 euro instead og 210 euro pr night ).

We were given a very small room upon arrival. Enough room for only one luggage rack. Management's response was to offer us another room at 130€ additional per night or a similar sized room. Just returned from Venice, found the hotel easily from the Vaporetti, we were able to walk to Rialto bridge, St Marks Square and the station easily, also enjoyed exploring the quieter 'streets' behind the hotel, real Venice. Helpful reception staff, lovely breakfast and comfortable room, oldy worldy style not everyones cup of tea. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was everything we had hoped for- old world charm but spotlessly clean (and quiet) room, great breakfast, ideal location and very helpful staff. When we mentioned that our booking included a free bottle of wine it was delivered to our door within minutes. As first time visitors to Venice we would highly recommend it.

Great little Hotel (more like a B&B) with really nice staff and great service.
All very quaint and the décor is very much in keeping with Venice.
