We are in our sixties and stayed at this hotel for three nights 20-23rd April 2012. The location is exceptional with an extremely rare balcony (open to all residents) looking onto the Rialto bridge. Excellent place to sit and stare. There are only eight rooms with the owner and staff offering unprecedented attention. Breakfast was excellent with numerous restaurants for... More

In my opinion this review will be very similar to the majority- It is a great little hotel. We stayed here for only one night and it was exactly what we wanted. Location is right in the centre so it is SO easy to just go and explore Venice. The terrace overlooks the Grande Canal which was amazing to sit... More

What a wonderful place, a treasure!!! My husband booked this trip for my Christmas present (2011) and we did the trip on the 23rd of March 2012 for 3 days. I had no input on choice of hotel but he wanted to choose a romantic place and he picked the perfect onel!We were welcomed by the owner who knew our... More

As others have mentioned we booked this Hotel purely on the basis of the reviews on TripAdvisor. Venice is not a location you tend to visit often - as such the reviews probably have more effect on selection than other places we've visited. In summary we were disappointed with the quality of this Hotel for the rates charged and that... More

This is a fantastic hotel. We arrived by water taxi from the airport straight to the door and were assisted from the boat by staff and welcomed by Matteo. Our stay was a week long and during that time we felt like royalty. We had a room at the back with an outlook to a small alleyway ( a very... More

We stayed six nights at this hotel and it met our every need for our first visit to Venice. The location is perfect being very central with a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. We had a "Classic Room " with a high ceiling and traditional good quality furnishings. It was not overly large but came with a very high quality... More

I stayed for 2 nights on a Venice. I stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, but it still had a great view, was roomy, comfortable bed and had all the facilities expected. More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel and could not have felt more welcome. The staff knew us by first name and were always available for advice as to how to approach touring Venice. The room was large and the balacony witha view of Rialto bridge was perfect. Lovely hotel and excellent staff service More

We have just returned from Venice and as promised to Bruno, I am giving the hotel a 5 star review. Pros: - the location - right by the Rialto so easy to get to all parts of Venice on foot and if you are tired, you can always hop on a vaporetto; - customer service - Bruno and Matteo couldn't...
