We had one of the larger rooms with canal view that this hotel offers. Perfect location when one is dragging suitcases around... Right near the Academia bridge and boat stop. A lovely hotel, easy to find (following instructions provided by the hotel). Our room (3) looked out to the Academia Bridge and Grand Canal.
