Extremely central, reasonable prices, helpful staff, great value! Breakfast as can be expected in italy...small, clean rooms with fresh towels every day. Ask for room overlooking the small piazza. No elevator and no staff to carry your luggage to your room.

We were in the apartment just next to the main hotel. The room was fine, clean with good sized wardrobe etc. The location was nice very close to San Marco, and the shutters blocked out all outside noise well. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Stayed for 3 nights in late May. Couldn't ask for a better location, 30 second walk from St Marks Square and 5 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. Room small but clean and well furnished, staff friendly and helpful. Ideal place to stay for a short break.
