We liked the place very much, it is a bit off the main tourist area and a very charming part of Venice. Quiet during the night, nice rooms (not even that small as usual for Venice), breakfast very good for ITA standard. Though quite pricey we would for sure go there again. More

Location is great - centrally, right around the corner from Peggy Guggenheim Museum, surrounded by excellent restaurants, well connected with the vaporetto. The hotel is very tiny, but very charming! Charming house DD724 certainly earns its place as one of Italy's best kept secret. The rooms are lovely and the service is simply fantastic. The staff are attentive but leave you in peace.
