I agree that the heating was terrible in one of the two rooms we rented for two nights -- The staff was friendly and helpful - Being close to the bus stop was nice. You get what you pay for; and I was happy to pay the lower price outside the Venice "proper"...

Good base location for visiting Venice: bus stops 100m from hotel and is a direct connection with Venice. Nice hotel personel, free wifi and parking. The breakfast is simple but is a mass kitchen, but acceptable. Good value for money. Restaurant in the neighborhood are very, very limited!

This was a forest of a hotel...they never fixed/repaired unclogged the one and only bathroom in the room sink...It was filled with water from everything necessary to be completed in a bathroom sink.
