Our room was spacious and clean an had everything we needed. Breakfast was typical Italian an of very good quality. Having it the beautiful balcony added to the ambience. Although a bit of a walk from the major attractions, the quality of this B&B makes a stay a must.

Lovely bed and breakfast hotel situated just off the beaten track but far enough off to be quiet. Welcoming staff, very clean and nicely appointed and decorated rooms. Attrractive balcony area for breakfast - overlooking some gardens which must be fairly unique in Venice! Good, continental breakfast included.
