I don't like writing bad reviews and in fairness this hotel never claims to be anything but a budget option. But even taking that into account this place is the pits. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, run down, rude staff: you name it. Spend the extra cash and stay anywhere else.

Recommend for short stays to see Venice, short walk to station one stop away from Venice and all its canals. Hotel staff are available 24hours and are young friendly, efficient and helpful. a great choice for really on a budget travelers. The hotel in general is not clean, the blankets had holes, and the pillows as well. The reception could have been a bit more friendly, but maybe I'm asking too much think before going there

Our double room wasn't as bad as expected given some of the negative reviews previously read. It's very close to the train station, it was clean enough although the bathroom was very small, it would have made sense for them not to have a bidet in there. For convenience and price it isn't that bad, just don't expect the ritz!

dirty, no air conditioning, no bar/breakfast and not cheap also. Also the neighborhood is very sketchy. Considering that Venice is extremely expensive we probably got what we paid for... it has 24h reception but the last train to mestre is around 11 pm so it is like having a curfew and venice by night is gorgeous. Definitely NOT for couples
