The bedrooms were tired! The staff have been courteous but not particularly helpful. Breakfast card dirty that much you cant event touch or read it. Shower hose leaking and when engineer coming to fix it he just walking trough your clean bathmat with dirty shoes and leaving just like that after. We are currently spending our second of two nights and at 1139 pm there is so much noise from the hotel workers cleaning a kitchen and restocking that there is no way to sleep and I even have ear plugs in! Stayed at MANY hiltons - this is one of the best ones ever. Great views, amazing service, wonderful amenities. Do not worry about being on the other side of the island - there is a shuttle every 30 min but I found public transportation (5 min walk away) very convenient (runs every 10 mins) More
