I spent quite a while on deciding which hotel to book as it was a special occasion and glad i chose UNA its in a perfect location not far from the main attractions on a quiet canal just off the Strada Nova. Una's staff are very friendly & helpfull and upgraded us when we arived, the hotel is very clean... More

We spent 2 days researching Trip Advisor and other sites trying to make up our minds on a hotel. I am sure there could be better hotels, but if you're not sure which one to pick you'll do yourself a favor picking UNA Hotel Venezia. We traveled in early May, and the weather was great. Just right for walking with... More

We really liked the UNA.. its in a perfect location for Venice... close to the main transport links and attractions, but in a quiet back street/canal!! WOnderful service, great room (loved the enormous bathroom with window overlooking the canal), and breakfast was great. Really good value for the price. I would definitely go back. More

The hotel was nicely understated, in a quiet back-canal and was EXACTLY as anticipated after reading the various 'excellent' reviews on Tripadvisor. We all learn to discount the few pointless or one off 'bad-luck' reviews....someone can't connect their ipad, or the room was a few more €uros than they wanted to pay, etc, and we tend to go with the... Though the hotel is not located in the thriving heart of San Marco, what it lacks in location it makes up for in service. Venice is not very large anyway, so getting around on foot to all the main attractions from this hotel is not an issue for those who are able-bodied. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful... My biggest worry was finding this hotel and I wished I had trusted my instincts because I found it in 15 mins of ebing dropped off by water taxi justy did not realise and went walk about! What really wowed me was the arrival experience and i was a little flustered when I did finally arrive and the receptionists got... More

Comfortable hotel with excellent quality and range of buffet breakfast, and a nice touch of complimentary sandwiches/cakes for the whole afternoon and evening. Room was comfortable, although quite small, but this may be common in Venice as this was our second trip to the city, and both times the rooms have been quite small. A good location to get away... Clean and beautifully furnished. We stayed in room 102 which is an executive bedroom. Had fantastic canal views and a definite 'wow' factor. Easy to find thanks to other reviewers comments. We took the water bus (Blue line) from Marco Polo Airport as described in previous views and found the hotel within 10 minutes. I don't think I passed any... More

Short walk to Rialto, approx 25 mins walk to St.Marcus sq and short walk (provided you don't have heavy luggage) to ferry service for the airport. Very small, but cozy and well kept rooms, nice staff and a nice snack buffet with prosecco, juice and tasty ham and cheeses in the afternoon lifts the overall impression. As expected in Italy,... Clean, beautifully refurbished, hotel in an old palace. Friendly, helpful staff. We had the canal-view suite, which has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower, lounge and balcony. I understnd the breakfast is usually complemenatary. There is an afternoon tea buffet; my partner thinks that's complementary too, but we were always out during the day. More
