Stayed here for two nights. The reviews on Trip Advisor say it's a 15 minute walk to the main tourist area, but if you are traveling with someone older it's longer. Location was margial. From the self enclosed parking to the clean, comfortable room, this was one of our best finds in Italy. We had wifi and drinks in the comfortable lobby and enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning. We were close enough to walk to all the cool stuff in the center of the city.
